The most commonly consumed mushroom in the world is Agaricus bisporus or the white button mushroom. Only about 45% of mushrooms produced are consumed in the fresh form. The rest of the 55% is processed with 5% in the dehydrated form and 50% in the canned mushrooms form.

Baby Corn:
Baby Corn is a relatively a new vegetable. Tender and sweet baby corns are often used in Chinese dishes and salads. Seeds are sown in spring and are cultivated like regular sweet corns. Most baby corn commercially available in the U.S. is grown and processed in Asia, particularly in Thailand.

Bamboo shoots:
Bamboo shoots are young, new canes that are harvested for food before they are two weeks old or one-foot tall. They are used frequently in Asian cuisine. Commercially canned bamboo shoots are common, but fresh, locally grown bamboo has far better flavor and texture.

Honey
has been used for its medicinal and therapeutic value for centuries. Honey is known to promote good health and acts as a good cleansing tonic that revitalizes the entire body.

Pure honey is composed of sugars like glucose and fructose and minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium chlorine, sulphur, iron and phosphate. It contains vitamins B1, B2, C, B6, B5 and B3 all of which change according to the qualities of the nectar and pollen. Besides the above, copper, iodine, and zinc exist in it in small quantities. Several kinds of hormones are also present in it.Approximately one half of the human diet is derived directly or indirectly from crops pollinated by bees. Today honeybees are an essential part of a healthy agriculture economy.

Organic Honey

Natural Honey

The Collection process of Honey follows stringent quality checks to ensure even raw unfiltered honey is of the best quality. The raw honey is filtered and cleaned of impurities such as dust, pollen and wax at state-of-the-art facilities. The honey is processed in such a way that all the natural properties are retained. Any such treatment is avoided which may denature the plant and bee enzymes, vitamins and all other crucial heat labile components of the honey. We can either package the honey in 50 gm, 100 gm, 200 gm, 500 gm and 1 Kg jars or in bulk drums.

Organic Honey
Organic Honey is regulated by strict set of guidelines, which covers not only the origin of bees, but also the sitting of the apiaries. The standards indicate that the apiaries must be on land that is certified as organic and be such that within a radius of 4 miles from the apiary site, nectar and pollen sources consist essentially of organic crops or uncultivated areas.
